Since 1975, The Ewell Group of Companies has been involved in the development of land, farming, water supply, regulatory consulting, and recreational projects. The Ewell Group prides itself on creating value through selective acquisition and entitlements of land in areas with strong growth potential. All project development is consistent with environmental, economic, and social requirements.
Noteworthy projects include the Johnny Miller designed Brighton Crest Golf and Country Club with 420 residential lots and Millerton New Town, a master planned community consisting of 3,500 residential lots, 80 acres of retail/commercial, and a hotel and conference center. The Ewell Group owns and operates recreational projects including Millerton Lake Marina, as well as the Brighton Crest Golf and Country Club. The Ewell group is looking ahead to its real estate interests in Madera County and Fresno County consisting of some 3,500 acres. Our goal is to create value on our existing holdings through entitlement efforts and position several assets for future horizontal and vertical development. We are always looking for additional projects that contain strong opportunity and potential.
